In December 2025, I introduced ABSRRD to the world.
This past week, I shared a post detailing our future direction.
Yesterday, I reflected on how building a brand that celebrates “owning the ‘hairy’ nonsense" is the ultimate dream job. I can’t believe it’s already been six months. 👀
Here’s the truth: Not every decision is perfect, and I don't always feel ready for the choices I have to make. How can one artist manage studio experiments, selling physical goods, building a community, eating, sleeping, and being present for their wife and kids—all while staying sane?
The answer: You make it a game.
To create is play.
To experiment is play.
To design wearables is play.
An attitude toward life is play.
To handle feedback (both good and bad) is play.
In the end, when it’s all over, the world will know: We played for a living.
On that note, I have two special announcements:
New Apparel: The core collection has some fresh "hairy nonsense" additions. Visit the shop to see the latest drops.
ABSRRD Memberships: I am officially launching member support on Patreon. We’re still in the early stages, but if you want a look at my process, exclusive behind-the-scenes content, and digital goods, this is the place.
Here’s What You Missed This Week

This week, I sat down with Mikey G to discuss my journey into the world of absurdity and media art.
As you may have seen, the ABSRRD’s Nonsense Lab is officially live on Patreon. Read my upcoming my plans. Consider becoming a member (or a Nonsense Co-conspirator)! ABSRRD is 100% independent and fueled by you. 🫵
Almost 300k views on Instagram, it turns our “Your strange is contagious.” Watch below.

Announcements
My goal is to continue connecting the dots between everything we've launched: the core apparel, the newsletter, our members, and the art itself.
Naturally, we’re moving toward a rhythm of monthly drops. Stay tuned!
ABSRRD is growing, fueled by your support and my absurd sanity.
See you next week!
